Job Description

A well-run project should feel controlled, even when several priorities are moving at once. That control comes from accurate plans, clear ownership and disciplined follow-through. We are appointing a Project Coordinator in Loveland to establish that rhythm across a varied portfolio of business projects. This opportunity is designed for someone ready to move from supporting tasks to coordinating outcomes. You will not be expected to arrive as an experienced project manager. You will, however, be trusted to keep information precise, challenge unclear actions respectfully and make sure commitments do not disappear between meetings. Working with project leads and internal stakeholders, the Project Coordinator will maintain the operating structure that keeps each assignment on course. You will give the team a dependable view of milestones, actions, decisions, risks and dependencies, then escalate early when delivery begins to move away from plan.
Your core accountabilities will include:
Building and maintaining project schedules, action logs and milestone trackers. Coordinating meetings, preparing focused agendas and recording decisions with named owners and due dates. Following up on outstanding actions in a professional and proportionate manner. Organizing project documents so current versions, approvals and supporting information can be found quickly. Gathering updates from colleagues, vendors or client contacts and translating them into concise status reports. Monitoring dependencies, emerging issues and requested changes, then raising them with the project lead. Supporting basic budget administration, purchase information and invoice checks where required. Helping improve templates and routines so future projects run more consistently. The standard we work to We value concise communication, sound judgment and dependable execution. A polished report is useful; an accurate report delivered on time is more useful. You should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared documents and calendars, and able to adapt when priorities change without losing control of the detail. A degree is not required. Formal project experience is helpful, but evidence that you have organized people, information or deadlines is equally relevant. What the first 90 days should achieve During the first month, you will learn the reporting cadence, project templates and decision routes. By day 60, you should be maintaining assigned plans and leading routine progress follow-ups. By day 90, the objective is for project leads to rely on your trackers as the current source of truth. It is an entry point into project leadership, with exposure to planning, governance, stakeholder communication and delivery control. For someone who performs well, it can create a credible route toward senior coordination or project management. Working model The role is full-time and on-site in Loveland, Ohio, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid meal break. Occasional schedule adjustments may be needed around a live milestone, and these will be communicated as early as possible. The regular weekday structure is intended to make the role predictable while keeping collaboration direct. If you are ready to be accountable for the detail behind successful delivery, submit your resume through Indeed.
