Job Description
Operations Manager for signage industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial signage industry, with project and production management experience, and an extensive knowledge of the variety of architectural signs.
Operations Manager Position Overview:
As an Experienced Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering successful signage projects, including electric, vinyl, channel, monument, etc. signs. You will leverage your industry expertise to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. You will meet with clients and assist in securing new projects.Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Project Planning- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and design professionals to establish project objectives, timelines, budgets, and scope. Resource Management
- Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements efficiently. Vendor Relations
- Source and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality materials and services. Project Execution
- Oversee the installation, fabrication, and production of signage projects. Quality Control
- Implement strict quality control measures to ensure that the final signage products meet or exceed client expectations. Budge and Cost Management
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders. Client Communication
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or changes. Project Documentation
- Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and change orders. Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
