Job Description
Position Summary Ensure that assigned projects are done accurately, on time, within established timelines, and within scope of the contract. Ensures work performed follows Federal, State, and Local legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics. Responsible for developing and following consistent and repeatable project management procedures and processes. Drives effective project results to gain high Customer satisfaction. What You'll Do As A Project Manager I, Software Integration Owns responsibility for project delivery by cross-functional teams composed of Software Integration Engineers, Support Specialists, Integration Lead Installers, and Field Service Technicians. Develop project schedules and executes according to plan. Evaluates the contractual scope of work and the impact of team directives and scheduling changes. Manages time and resource estimate and enforces time tracking. Reviews and interprets contract Terms and Conditions, and Scope of Work documentation. Develop and execute detailed technical project management plans outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines which are delivered and negotiated with Customer IT, Technical and Clinical Teams. Analyzes reporting systems and project schedules to proactively address potential problems. Effectively communicates project progress, issues and status to management as required. Manages risks and establishes project recovery plans when required. Resolves disputes with minimal need for escalation. Ensures project document controls comply with contract requirements and STERIS standards. Oversees project specifications and installation techniques. Coordinates with the Manager, Software Service Delivery and Local Service Team for allocation of resources needed to meet project objectives. Ensures any tasks performed by the team are in accordance with established standards. Facilitates reporting product related problems. Assists sales in project development efforts.
