Qualifications Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate project. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all aspects align with customer requests, company standards and local requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and team coordination. Responsibilities Lead the execution of projects to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Oversee schedule coordination and monitor progress regularly to identify potential delays or issues proactively. Review contracts, work orders, and specifications to verify accuracy and understanding of project requirements. Pick up job materials as needed for job site efficiency. Conduct site visits to oversee work, ensure quality standards are met, and resolve on-site challenges promptly. Maintain a detailed record of any and all change orders that occur within an ongoing project. Communicate with customers through out their project to ensure great communication standards are met Deliver and pick up trailers from job sites. Complete quality control final inspection with customers upon job completion to ensure project completion meets contract details. Report on project status and potential issues; facilitate communication across all levels of the production department. Document items upon project completion and upload to correct software
Qualifications:
Previous roofing experience Background in the construction industry Must be detail oriented individual Excellent leadership skills with experience managing crews in a fast-paced environment; capable of motivating diverse groups toward shared goals. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. From $32.00 per hour
