Job Description We are seeking a Project manager to support enterprise IT operations through KPI, SLA, and service performance reporting. This role is responsible for transforming operational data into dashboards and insights that enable contract compliance, service optimization, and proactive issue management across Service Desk, Field Services, and End‑User Computing environments.
Location :
USA Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain KPI, SLA, and SLO reporting aligned to contractual and operational requirements Deliver recurring Weekly Operational Review (WOR) reports and dashboards for IT stakeholders Perform data analysis across Service Desk, Field Services, and Workstation / EUC teams Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards to track service performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction Establish and manage Azure‑based data repositories consolidating internal and external datasets Support analytics and reporting for IT chat and self‑service platforms , including adoption and usage metrics Utilize advanced analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and proactive improvement opportunities Partner with global stakeholders to review performance insights and recommend corrective actions Required Qualifications Experience in data handling, IT analytics, or service performance reporting roles Strong understanding of KPI, SLA, and contract‑aligned reporting frameworks Hands‑on experience with Azure data platforms and dashboarding tools Experience supporting large‑scale, enterprise IT operations Ability to communicate data insights in a clear, executive‑ready manner Preferred Skills & Tools Azure (data storage, databases, integrations) IT Performance / ITSM reporting platforms Snowflake & Swish.

AI Service Desk and Field Services data Education Degree in Computer Networking Systems / Database Administration , or equivalent experience ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏

3-5 Years . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
