Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This position works closely with the Superintendent, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to McKinley Construction's standards. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through completion and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Review contracts, plans, specifications, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project costs, commitments, and overall financial performance. Work closely with the Superintendent to address scheduling, quality, and field issues. Identify potential project risks and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward. Conduct and participate in project meetings and provide regular project updates to leadership. Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Assist with project closeout, punch lists, final documentation, and turnover. Qualifications 5+ years of construction/project management experience preferred. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project management. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management and project scheduling software preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
From $125,000.00 per year
