Plain City Ohio About the role We are looking for a project manager/project coordinator with a strong low voltage background to help manage multiple structured cabling projects. this is a great opportunity for an experienced low voltage technician or foreman who has been managing crews and field work and is ready to take the next step into project management. The ideal candidate does not need to have a formal project management background or certification. we're looking for someone who understands the field, can manage people and projects, stays organized, and knows how to get the job done. Responsibilities coordinate and manage multiple low voltage/structured cabling projects coordinate technicians, installers, and foremen in the field manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and deadlines communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams monitor project progress and address issues as they arise provide direction and support to field personnel review project plans, drawings, and documentation track project status and provide updates to management help coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower for upcoming work ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Qualifications experience in the low voltage/structured cabling industry previous experience as a senior technician, foreman, lead technician, or similar field leadership role experience managing crews, technicians, or field projects strong understanding of commercial low voltage installations ability to manage multiple projects and priorities strong communication and organizational skills comfortable working with customers, technicians, foremen, and management ability to read and understand project drawings and documentation strong problem-solving skills microsoft office experience Preferred Background structured cabling data/voice/fiber access control cctv/security systems commercial low voltage experience coordinating crews and field operations experience transitioning from field operations into project management low voltage/structured cabling certifications are a plus manufacturer certifications (if applicable) are a plus Compensation & Employment approximately $85,000 annually, depending on experience contract to hire opportunity opportunity for long-term career growth into project management About Us At Anistar Technologies, we connect individuals from a variety of industries with respected companies, both nationally and internationally.
