Project Manager

Project Manager - Steel Fabrication Ready to build something that lasts? We're looking for a driven, ambitious Project Manager to join our team and grow with us! In this role, you'll own projects from turnover to completion — setting up contracts and budgets, coordinating with shop and field teams, managing subcontractors, and keeping clients informed every step of the way. You'll be the hub that keeps everything moving, making sure drawings are approved, schedules are on track, and quality never slips. What you'll bring to the table: A solid grasp of construction principles and the ability to read contract documents Some estimating or cost proposal experience Comfort working with budgets and project controls Strong communicator — with clients, subs, vendors, and your own team Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management software experience is a plus AISC knowledge is a bonus, but we love a fast learner!
