Location:
Willoughby,Ohio,United States Integrated Mill Systems (IMS) is a process automation solutions provider. IMS designs, builds, programs, and implements Level 1 control systems, primarily in support of the metals producing and processing market, providing a wide range of equipment and services for both new and retrofit projects. $85,000•$105,000 per year

Requirements :
Engineering Degree (Bachelors) and 2-5 years' experience En lieu of an Engineering Degree, a High school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 or more years' experience in an Industrial Controls and Manufacturing setting is required.
Position Overview :
The Field Systems Sales and Projects Manager is responsible for all Field Systems Group sales tasks, described below as well as small projects administration. These tasks will be handled individually or with assistance from Field Systems Management.
Primary Duties :
Sales Management:
Under the direction of the Field Service Director, responds to customer sales inquiries that come in via phone, email, or other and input them into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Conduct customer site visits to detail and document all information needed to write a proposal Manage all Field Systems Group quote/proposal writing Maintain tracking, communication, and status of all active Opportunities in the CRM system Assist in the conversion of all quotes/proposal to sales orders or projects Manage technical proposal writing for small projects and be able to articulate the technical scope of work as well as hardware scope of supply Effectively communicate with customers and IMS staff regarding project scope of work sold via technical proposal Assist accounting and billing admin in ensuring full execution of orders all the way through to shipment and invoice
Small Projects Management:
Read and interpret project scope of work as sold in the quote/proposal Communicate via project charter document the project scope and assignments Develop and implement project schedules Manage and or attend project meetings either internally or with the end user customer Analyze and interpret project financials via IMS ERP system to make appropriate decisions Work with and support other IMS departments that may be involved in the project Manage change orders as well as discussing and tracking scope changes with the customer Potential for duties to expand as the Field Service Division continues to grow. Develop and maintain expertise in company used systems including but not limited to the ERP system, Project Management system, Resource Management system, and Learning Management system. Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
3-5 years experience in a Controls Integration Organization preferred. Proven experience using and understanding general accounting practices. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Acumatica ERP) will be appreciated Excellent mathematical ability Excellent communication and organizational skills Energetic, helpful and team-oriented with high ethical standards Appropriate professional image and good judgement An intelligent individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization, with excellent communication skills Has a high degree of organizational skills Be a flexible and adaptive member of the IMS team with willingness to assist outside the primary scope of duties A desire to continue to learn and adapt new skills Continually improve skills and knowledge to advance within the organization Bring new information, ideas, and practices to the IMS team, but also being capable of following direction and orders from management and leadership.
