Outside Inc. is looking for an Onsite Project Manager to join our team! We handle everything from french drains and irrigation to retaining walls and full landscape builds. What you'll do: Oversee job sites from start to finish, keeping crews on schedule and on budget Communicate with clients, vendors, and crew leads to keep projects running smoothly Handle scheduling, material orders, and day-to-day problem solving out in the field What we're looking for: Experience managing projects or crews, ideally in landscaping, construction, or a related trade Be willing to be hands on when small fixes are need to be made or when crews need an extra hand to meet deadlines Strong organizational and communication skills Spanish speaking preferred Valid driver's license
