Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects involving flare, combustors, and other process equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with other teams to drive project success and facilitate effective communication. Duties Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain product stock levels to ensure production efficiency. Schedule & plan equipment with fabrication and paint facilities. Work with the assembly shop to make sure materials are on-site to begin assembly. Communicating with customers on project status and questions. Coordinating and setting up shipments of equipment to customer locations. Coordinating with inspectors on customer projects. Ensuring projects stay on time and are correct in scope before departing facility. Reviewing drawings on projects to avoid errors in fabrication. Required Skills Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and conflict resolution. Time management for projects, purchasing, and coordination. Ability to juggle many tasks at the same time. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery. Detail-oriented and able to spot inaccuracies. Expierence and knowledge of the manufacturing industry. Bachelors degree or experience in project management.
