Full time teacher

Instructional Planning:

Develops lesson plans for core subjects (reading, writing, math, science, social studies) that align with Oklahoma academic standards.

Classroom Management:

Creates a positive, structured, and safe environment that fosters independent learning and student engagement.

Assessment & Differentiation:

Uses data from assessments to modify instructional methods, addressing individual student needs and providing intervention as needed.

Communication:

Maintains regular, professional communication with parents, staff, and administration regarding student progress.

Collaboration:

Works with special education staff and colleagues to support student IEPs and general academic growth.
