Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams, overseeing schedules, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field preferred; PMP or equivalent project management certification is a strong preference.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE
  • PMP certification preferred; CAPM/PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification and Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY
  • Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience, including experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies; MS Project; and
PMI/PMBOK
principles.
WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience managing medium to extra-large complexity projects; vendor management; change management; risk mitigation; budgeting; stakeholder communication; gap/root-cause analysis; project

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through implementation and closure.
  • Develop and manage project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Apply Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate to project needs.
  • Manage project teams, vendors, contracts, and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop project status reports, PMO dashboard metrics, progress updates, and executive-level communications.
  • Lead change management, risk mitigation, gap analysis, and root-cause analysis activities.
  • Forecast and coordinate project resources needed to meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and group stakeholder sessions to drive decisions and remove project blockers.
  • Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with federal, state, and
OSDH/PMO
guidelines.
  • Manage vendor deliverables and escalate issues, risks, and blockers as needed.
  • Support project implementation, transition, sustainment, and formal project closure.
  • Maintain project documentation, including deliverables, risks, issues, recommendations, schedules, and project records.
  • Provide regular communication to PMO leadership, business stakeholders, project teams, and agency resources.
Pay:
$75,000.00
