Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management tools. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Manage project budgets by tracking costs, forecasting expenses, and implementing cost control measures. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project progression Ensure adherence to construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify quality standards, and address any issues related to construction site experience or safety protocols Manage contracts and change orders diligently while maintaining detailed records of project documentation Lead team meetings to track progress, resolve issues promptly, and motivate team members toward project goals Skills Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil engineering components Basic understanding of construction regulations and compliance standards applicable to large-scale projects Familiarity with managing construction regulatory compliance requirements across different jurisdictions Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines Strong communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement in both technical and non-technical contexts Requirements Reliable Truck Open availability
