Project Coordinator Mingo Press Mingo Press is a locally owned commercial printing company proudly serving businesses and organizations throughout the United States. We are committed to producing high-quality printed products while providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator with excellent communication skills to help manage commercial printing projects from initial request through production and final delivery. Experience in the printing or graphic arts industry is a plus, but not required . We provide extensive on-the-job training for the right person. Position Overview The Project Coordinator works closely with customers, sales representatives, estimators, prepress, production, bindery/finishing, outside vendors, and management to ensure printing projects are completed accurately, on time, and according to customer specifications. This position requires someone who can manage multiple jobs at different stages of production, communicate effectively, pay close attention to details, and proactively follow up when information, artwork, approvals, or materials are needed. Job Duties Coordinate commercial printing projects from initial customer request through production, finishing, and delivery. Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding specifications, pricing, artwork, proofs, changes, production status, and delivery. Gather and verify job specifications including quantities, sizes, paper stocks, colors, finishing requirements, mailing/shipping instructions, and due dates. Prepare and provide customers with accurate and timely pricing estimates. Create, review, and maintain job tickets/work orders containing the information production departments need to complete each project. Coordinate customer-supplied artwork with the prepress/graphics department. Send digital or physical proofs to customers and obtain approval before jobs move into production. Review customer changes and ensure updated information is communicated accurately to all affected departments. Track projects throughout the production process and follow up with departments to keep jobs moving according to schedule. Coordinate projects involving digital printing, offset printing, large-format printing, bindery, finishing, mailing, fulfillment, and other production services as applicable. Coordinate outsourced products and services with approved vendors when a project requires capabilities outside of Mingo Press. Coordinate shipping, local delivery, customer pickup, and other fulfillment requirements. Ideal Traits We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized

Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable working with computers, email, and business software. Ability and willingness to learn estimating, order-entry, graphics, and print-production software. Previous customer service, administrative, project coordination, or account management experience is helpful. Previous commercial printing, graphic arts, signage, promotional products, or production experience is a plus but not required . Training Mingo Press provides extensive on-the-job training , which may take six months or longer as the employee becomes familiar with our customers, equipment, products, software, and production processes.
