Job Title:
Project Coordinator 2 Job Description The Project Coordinator 2 manages the administrative aspects of client and internal projects, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and client needs are consistently met. This role focuses on tracking and monitoring project progress, supporting scheduling and logistical coordination, and maintaining clear, frequent communication with team members and leadership to keep projects organized and on track. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating project schedules to align resources, tasks, and timelines. Coordinate deadlines for all project deliverables to ensure timely completion and submission. Assist in monitoring team progress against project plans and milestones, identifying potential delays or issues. Coordinate client support efforts to address questions, issues, and requests related to active projects. Assist in preparing progress reports, planning documents, and other project documentation as needed. Attend all client and internal staff meetings related to assigned projects and capture key updates, decisions, and action items. Support general administrative and scheduling activities to help keep projects organized and running smoothly. Essential Skills Previous experience in project coordination or a closely related administrative project support role. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across functions. Solid computer literacy and interest in using technology and software tools to manage schedules, documentation, and communication. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field. Experience providing administrative support for scheduling, documentation, and coordination activities. Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a project-driven environment. Work Environment The role operates in a professional, collaborative office or hybrid environment that emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and reliable follow-through on commitments. You will regularly use computers and standard office productivity tools to manage schedules, track project progress, and prepare documentation. Work typically follows standard business hours, with attendance at scheduled client and internal project meetings as a core part of the position. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Beaverton, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
