Job Description

NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a locally owned and operated single-source mitigation and restoration company that has served the Willamette Valley for over 60 years, helping homeowners recover after fire, storm, and water damage.

What we are seeking:

3+ years of experience in construction and disaster restoration project management Strong knowledge of Xactimate estimating software The ability to communicate with multiple people and agencies in a way that shows deep empathy and knowledge of mitigation and restoration processes, including homeowners, insurance companies, co-workers, vendors, subordinates, and office staff. Great organizational skills to manage multiple projects with firm deadlines. Professional customer service skills combined with empathy for working with stressed and emotional property owners. Previous experience using airless sprayers, pressure washers, scaffolding, T-squares, tape measures, and hand and power tools, including saws. Capable of maintaining files and documentation for compliance records and progress reports Industry Certifications such as IICRC is preferred. Must have a valid Driver's License and a Clean Criminal Background. Great attitude, attendance, and punctuality.
