M-F 8 am - 5pm Pay rate range:$26-32/hour Responsibilities for this position include: Customers will be ordering in units ( milligrams, vials, kilograms, etc.) - Will need to match up packaging configurations and fill volumes Support the PMO/Customs (Project Management Organization and Customs) team by drafting custom project quotes, updating the project tracking system, coordinating invoicing, providing customer and commercial project updates. Have a working knowledge of standard biological technologies and units of measure; buffer formulation, cell biology, chemistry. Good with Excel, data management, manipulation and reporting Comfortable working in various database systems Ability to focus, not easily distracted Comfortable with change and shifting priorities Qualifications for this position include: B.S. or B.A. in Biology/Chemistry or other life sciences program 2+ years experience in a Customer-Facing role within the life sciences industry. Must be familiar with standard and metric weight and volume units Successful candidate will have strong skills in the following areas: written and verbal communications, interpersonal cross functional team based interaction, organizational and detail orientation, analytical, planning, and problem solving. Pay Details:
$26.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
