Project Manager | Commercial Construction | Medford, OR Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who can independently lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout? We are seeking a proven Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects valued at $20M to $30M, while collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance. Administer owner contracts, subcontract agreements, and change orders. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. Manage procurement activities and long-lead materials. Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Partner closely with Superintendents to align field operations with schedule and budget objectives. Lead project closeout activities, including documentation, turnover, and financial reconciliation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Demonstrated ability to independently manage large, complex construction projects. Strong knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost controls. Experience managing contracts, subcontracts, and change orders. Create and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6. Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors. Proven problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000/year Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, project complexity, and overall fit.
