Water Damage Restoration Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to new jobs and service calls Manage restoration projects and team members effectively Ensure high-quality water mitigation services on every job Maintain strict quality control and adherence to company drying standards Schedule jobs efficiently and monitor progress throughout completion Deliver excellent customer service and client communication Maintain detailed job documentation, including daily progress logs, photo documentation, mobile app reporting, and accurate completion of all company forms.
