The DFC Project Manager I position's primary duties are to assist in the planning, documenting, coordinating, execution, and implementation of projects that will ensure the effective management of the DFC business line. Compensation Range:
$70,000
  • $105,000, with a typical starting range of $70,000
  • $85,000.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. What You'll Do Support or manage projects aspects from Initiation through Closure. Manage tasks daily and work with stake holders and vendors to ensure project completion Actively participate in the development of Project Plans, communication, scope assessments, support transition documentation and training for assigned projects. Review and update all documentation related to assigned projects from Initiation through Closure. Help define the responsibilities of other affected parties involved in the project including customers, management, DFC personnel, Lithia corporate personnel, vendors and others affected by the project. Ensure communcaition is maintained with all project constituents from project Initiation through Closure. Actively monitor all projects tasks to ensure that progress is consistent with the Project Plan such that the overall project is completed on time and within budget. Assist with the creation of processes, procedures, and training materials required to ensure the successful project implementation. Work with DFC management to identify and coordination new projects and/or business enhancements. Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring Associates (AA) degree in Business or related field Demonstrated work experience assisting with moderate project coordination/planning responsibilities required. Demonstrated work experience assisting with small to medium scale IT project implementations (hardware, software, integration, etc.) 1+ years of experience with MS-Project, Trello, Basecamp or similar project management software Knowldge of Visio similar flow-charting software Time managment Consistently produces accurate, high-quality work PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.) Background in Automotive, finance or We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: Competitive pay
