•$90,000 Total Target Earnings (Base Salary + Commission) Position Summary SERVPRO of Allentown is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Exterior Project Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to both the Director of Reconstruction and the Reconstruction Operations Manager, you will take total ownership of assigned residential and commercial exterior restoration projects once a job is sold. You will serve as the primary link between the homeowner/property manager, internal operations, and field execution—ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after sales handoff; conduct initial site meetings, walk clients through material selections, set timeline expectations, and provide regular updates.
Project Budgeting & Financial Control:
Manage project scopes, track material and labor costs, control job profitability, and ensure projects stay within the approved budget.
Subcontractor & Crew Management:
Assign qualified subcontractors and specialty trades; oversee daily field performance, quality control, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
Material Procurement & Logistics:
Order, schedule, and track exterior building materials (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, masonry) to align with project timelines.
Quality Assurance & Job Closeout:
Conduct final punch-list inspections with property owners, secure customer sign-off, and coordinate final billing documentation with internal accounting.
Qualifications & Experience Experience:
3 to 5 years of Project Management experience in Disaster Restoration or General Residential/Commercial Construction.
Exterior Expertise:
Strong working knowledge of exterior building envelopes, roofing systems, siding, windows, trim, and structural exterior repairs.
Leadership & Communication:
Outstanding client-facing skills with the ability to manage trade contractors, negotiate solutions, and handle client concerns diplomatically.
Organizational Skills:
Proven track record of managing multiple job sites simultaneously while maintaining budget accuracy and tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screenings. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary +
Commission:
Target annual compensation of $80,000
•$90,000.
