This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing field service projects from initial scope through completion. The Project Manager will work closely with customers, Operations, field crews, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage industrial and environmental service projects from planning through completion. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate field crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other resources. Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and prepare for upcoming work. Monitor project costs, labor hours, equipment utilization, schedules, and overall profitability. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution and address project-related concerns as they arise. Coordinate with Operations and Safety to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently while meeting customer requirements. Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations throughout project execution. Manage project documentation, work orders, daily reports, change orders, and project closeout. Conduct field audits to verify personnel, equipment, safety documentation, and project requirements are in compliance. Provide direction and support to field supervisors and crews during project execution. Identify and resolve project delays, field issues, resource constraints, and other challenges that may impact project completion. Provide project status updates and reports to management as needed. Oversee field service and emergency response projects as assigned. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements Required Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience. Experience managing field-based projects, crews, equipment, schedules, and budgets. Experience with project estimating, job costing, and resource planning. Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, Operations, Safety, and leadership. Valid driver's license. Ability and willingness to travel regularly to customer locations and active worksites as needed to oversee projects, coordinate field activities, and support project execution. Preferred Qualifications Experience with industrial cleaning, tank cleaning, vacuum services, hydroblasting, environmental remediation, waste services, or emergency response. OSHA, HAZWOPER, or other relevant safety certifications. Experience preparing estimates, proposals, bids, and change orders. Knowledge of environmental and industrial safety requirements. Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting experience with industrial field service equipment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, extended hours, and overnight travel based on project needs.
