Job Summary We are seeking an Experience Project Manager to join our team in Berwick, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring that all aspects of manufacturing, from fabrication to assembly, meet quality standards and client specifications. This job is in person at our Berwick, PA location.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project. Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports, and provide regular progress updates to management. Provide clear directions and guidance to team members to help minimize disruptions and ensure successful delivery to the customer. Coordinates internal and external resources for the given project. Prepare project quotes, order materials and manage invoicing processes. Manage final delivery to the customer and ensure post-production follow-up regarding any production changes or feedback.
