As a Project Manager, you'll lead customer-focused projects from planning through completion. You'll collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred PMP certification preferred Experience Requirements 5+ years of project management experience Experience with project management methodologies and full project lifecycle management Strong customer-facing, leadership, and relationship management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred Job Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout project execution Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, sales, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project success Lead cross-functional teams and promote collaboration to achieve project goals Track project schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and overall performance Prepare and communicate project status reports, updates, milestones, and risk assessments Manage project changes and develop solutions to address challenges and obstacles Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations Physical Capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
