WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Full job lifecycle from signed contract through final payment collection Crew coordination and daily job site leadership Material ordering, staging, and delivery management Job cost tracking and variance resolution in real time Change orders, supplements, and invoicing Customer communication post-sale — you are the face of the project Permit coordination and inspection scheduling CRM documentation and accurate project close-out

YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF

… ? You've managed 10+ active roofing or construction projects at once and stayed organized ? You communicate with homeowners professionally and hold crews accountable without drama ? You find problems on job sites before they become calls from unhappy customers ? You know your way around Service Titan, or a comparable job management platform ? You're comfortable working Saturdays when production demands it

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

2+ years managing roofing or residential construction projects Valid driver's license — daily field presence required Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs Strong communication skills — written and verbal, with crews and homeowners alike
