Job Requirements We are looking for a reliable and organized Project Manager to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping projects moving by coordinating permits, inspections, utility companies, and day-to-day office responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable communicating with customers and outside organizations, and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day. What you'll do: Pull and coordinate required project permits Schedule inspections with the appropriate municipalities and inspectors Coordinate scheduling and communication with power and utility companies Answer incoming phone calls and assist or direct callers as needed Maintain project-related records and documentation Perform general administrative and office duties Communicate with team members to help keep projects on schedule Assist with other office and project coordination needs as they arise What you'll bring: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs , including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional and courteous phone and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding items Dependable and comfortable working independently Previous experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
