Posted Job Title Research Project Manager C Job Profile Title Manager Research Project C Job Description Summary The Research Project Manager C provides strategic leadership and comprehensive management of complex, multidisciplinary research programs involving internal and external academic, clinical, patient advocacy, disease foundation, and industry collaborators. The position advances research initiatives from development through execution, dissemination, and sustainability. Working closely with the principal investigator and research partners, the Research Project Manager C leads research planning and implementation, contributes to competitive grant development, oversees research operations and compliance activities, and ensures successful execution of projects aligned with institutional, sponsor, and regulatory requirements. The position serves as a key scientific and operational partner, providing expertise in research strategy, experimental design, data interpretation, project management, resource allocation, and collaboration development. Job Description Job Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for complex research programs involving multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent initiatives. Partner with the principal investigator to define research objectives, develop project strategies, establish timelines, allocate resources, and implement workflows to achieve research goals. Manage day-to-day research activities, including project prioritization, workflow coordination, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of research operations. Develop and oversee research management systems, standard operating procedures, documentation practices, and data management processes to support efficiency, reproducibility, and compliance. Experience contributing to grant applications, research proposals, scientific reports, publications, or other scholarly outputs. Strong understanding of biomedical research methodologies, experimental design, data analysis, and research operations. Ability to independently manage priorities, coordinate multiple projects, solve complex problems, and drive initiatives to completion. Experience developing operational procedures, managing research resources, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate scientific concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Advanced scientific training or research experience in molecular biology, cellular biology, neuroscience, metabolism, genetics, or related biomedical fields. Record of scientific productivity, including peer-reviewed publications, presentations, patents, or other research contributions.
