JOB DESCRIPTION

Audubon is currently seeking a Design Coordinator to join our team in the Canonsburg, PA office. The Design Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of design and drafting activities by tracking schedules and deliverables, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication among project team members.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate design and drafting activities across assigned projects and disciplines. Track schedules, deliverables, design changes, and project priorities. Distribute work and help balance workloads among designers and drafters. Coordinate design inputs, markups, revisions, and document control. Support project meetings and communicate status, risks, and required actions. Review deliverables for completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. Assist with resolving design and coordination issues.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred. Experience in engineering design, drafting, or project coordination for industrial facilities. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, 3D modeling software, or similar design tools. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. No Recruiters, please!
