Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Audubon is currently seeking a Drafter to join our team in the Canonsburg, PA office. The Drafter prepares and updates technical drawings and related documentation based on engineering requirements, design inputs, and project standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, revise, and maintain technical drawings using approved drafting and design software. Prepare drawing layouts, details, sections, schedules, and related documentation. Incorporate redlines, engineering markups, field changes, and design revisions. Maintain drawing files, title blocks, references, and revision information. Follow project standards, drafting procedures, and document control requirements. Assist with drawing checks, quality reviews, and preparation of as-built documents. Coordinate with designers and engineers to clarify drafting requirements.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent experience required. Drafting or design experience in industrial, transmission, processing, or energy projects preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar drafting software. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and basic engineering documentation.
