Job Duties:

This position requires extensive knowledge and experience with all common types of roofing methods & materials, including steep slope and low slope applications, as well as expertise with flashings and penetrations, unique/unusual applications, roof ventilation, product & manufacturer warranties, and best practices. Also requires strong & effective leadership ability and motivation to provide both roofers and clients with a 5-star experience at Joyland Roofing.

Responsibilities include:

Stage jobs correctly at onset of job to ensure crew efficiency. Ensure Safety plan is strictly adhered to. Perform quality checks throughout project to ensure end result equals perfection. Perform job completion activities. Execute final inspection with the Manufacturer if needed. Follow change order process. Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license. Extensive knowledge and experience with all common types of roofing methods & materials.
