Position Type:
Contract Onsite
Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent vocational/technical certification 5 years of architecture, residential construction, or project management experience 2 years of project or people management experience Experience with AutoCAD, Excel, and Word Knowledge of construction documents and building codes Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, and stakeholders Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Valid driver's license Availability to work onsite 3 days a week
Preferences:
Bachelor of Architecture Experience with SketchUp, BIM360 Residential experience Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage internal and external teams and projects to meet schedules, budget, and quality standards Collaborate with various departments for informed decision-making Assist in design initiatives and new technology projects Lead and engage team members, sharing experiences and best practices Provide continuous improvement opportunities by identifying roadblocks and suggesting solutions Ensure project deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met Manage multiple projects simultaneously Read and understand construction codes Exercise independent judgment and manage data effectively Support senior leadership in decision-making with business analysis Plan and prioritize tasks with attention to detail and effective time management Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing Incorporate new practices and ideas into existing frameworks Get in
