$120,000 - $200,000 per year Job Details -Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Oversee the installation of electrical utilities and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or budget.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or relevant experience in the electrical field. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Proven experience in budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and electrical utilities. Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.A bit about us:
