About Us Squeaky Clean & Dry is a growing restoration and cleaning company serving homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients across the
PA/DE/MD
tri-state area. We handle water damage mitigation, mold inspection and remediation, fire and smoke restoration. We are IICRC-guided, insurance-experienced, and known for doing the job right rather than the fast way. The Role The Restoration Project Manager owns jobs from first response through final invoice. You are the person the customer trusts, the adjuster respects, and the crew looks to for direction. This is a field-based role with real autonomy and real accountability, including a rotating on-call responsibility for emergency losses. What You'll Do Respond to water, mold, and fire losses; scope the damage and set the plan of action on site Write accurate, defensible estimates in Xactimate and negotiate scope with insurance adjusters Direct field technicians on containment, extraction, demolition, drying, and remediation Maintain IICRC S500/S520-compliant documentation: moisture mapping, daily drying logs, atmospheric readings, photo documentation, and equipment tracking Manage job files in ServiceMonster from lead through completion Communicate proactively with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and referral partners Obtain signed work authorizations up front and support collection of balances at completion Monitor job profitability: labor hours, equipment days Ensure crews follow safety protocols and PPE requirements on every loss
What We're Looking For Required:
2+ years managing restoration projects (water, mold, or fire) or equivalent field experience ready to step up Working knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 standards Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with distressed customers Comfort with physical work: crawlspaces, attics, respirators, and long days when a loss demands it Ability to be on call on a rotating basis
Preferred:
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) Xactimate estimating experience Prior insurance claim negotiation experience Familiarity with ServiceMonster or comparable job management software
What We Offer Compensation:
$27-$33 /hr based on experience, plus performance incentives Company vehicle and fuel for work use Paid IICRC certification and continuing education Phone allowance and all necessary equipment A leadership team that answers the phone and backs its people Direct path to greater responsibility as the company grows

$27.00 - $33.00 per hour
