This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity where you'll oversee field operations, support crews, and work directly with customers and restoration projects throughout the region. Note Applicants must have at least 2+ years of mitigation or restoration management experience, 2+ years of hands-on water, fire, and mold restoration experience, and prior experience leading mitigation technicians or field crews. Confidential Employer. Job Description Lead daily mitigation operations from project kickoff through completion. Supervise mitigation technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency. Inspect loss sites, determine project scope, and coordinate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams. Schedule crews, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Conduct daily team meetings and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback. Monitor project performance, timelines, documentation, production, and customer satisfaction. Manage mitigation vehicles, equipment, inventory, and operational readiness. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing mitigation personnel. Build strong relationships with insurance adjusters, commercial clients, and referral partners. Prepare mitigation estimates and scopes when needed. Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation and support emergency response efforts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of mitigation or restoration management experience. 2+ years of water, fire, and mold restoration experience. Experience leading mitigation technicians or restoration field crews. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Comfortable working in residential and commercial loss environments. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work while wearing PPE when necessary. Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technology. IICRC certifications, Xactimate experience, and restoration industry certifications are highly preferred.
