Full-time | Permanent | In person About Us Keystone State Restoration LLC is a fast-growing restoration company specializing in water mitigation, fire/smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and full-service reconstruction. We combine fast response, quality workmanship, and strong communication to help homeowners and commercial clients recover and rebuild after property damage. We're looking for a dependable and organized Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, coordinate field teams and subcontractors, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Position Overview The Project Manager will oversee both mitigation and reconstruction projects from initial inspection through completion. This role combines field responsibilities —including inspections, progress checks, and quality control—with office responsibilities such as scheduling, documentation, customer communication, and estimate review. You'll work closely with an estimator who prepares most estimates and will be responsible for ensuring accurate scopes, proper execution, and profitable project delivery. Restoration experience is a plus, but it is not required. Candidates with solid construction or project management experience who are willing to learn the restoration industry are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Manage multiple mitigation and reconstruction projects from start to finish Conduct site inspections, verify scopes, and monitor progress, quality, and safety Schedule crews, coordinate subcontractors, and sequence trades efficiently Review estimates, identify supplements/change orders, and maintain accurate job documentation Serve as the primary customer contact and provide clear, proactive project updates Lead field teams and hold crews/subcontractors accountable to schedule and quality Track project budgets, costs, margins, and production schedules Attend weekly WIP meetings and coordinate with the estimator, mitigation team, admin, and owner Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to company standards What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or project management Strong understanding of construction trades and job sequencing Ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with job management or project tracking software, or willingness to learn Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Comfortable working in both office and field environments Restoration experience is preferred but not required.
