The Student Academic Records & Special Projects Coordinator supports the Registrar's Office by performing a range of ongoing administrative and operational responsibilities. Additionally, the position coordinates the processing and fulfillment of transcript requests for both current students and alumni.Essential Functions:
Coordinate and oversee the transcript request and production process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Respond to inquiries via phone and the Registrar's email account, providing accurate and timely information to students, faculty, and external stakeholders. Support the Registrar's Office with key responsibilities, including graduation processing, evaluation of prospective transfer students, and the application of transfer credits to current student academic records. Prepare and issue verifications of enrollment and degree. Assist with semester scheduling, including the development and publication of the Master Schedule. Process replacement diploma requests in accordance with institutional policies. Provide support for student withdrawals, Pass/No Pass (P/NP) requests, and registration-related matters. Maintain external website and internal Google site. All other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of prior work experience in administrative support roles in an office environment. Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication, customer service skills. Proficiency in Google Suite Products (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Microsoft Word and Excel Attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Complete discretion in handling and storing sensitive data. Evidence of a commitment to community and belonging. Successful interview. Successful completion of background checks.Additional Information:
