Mechanicsburg, Onsite Full Time Summary Universal Protective Packaging Incorporated (UPPI), a local, well-established manufacturer of custom thermoformed packaging, is seeking a Project Coordinator for our growing team. This is a key position that supports our Customers, Operations and Sales. This position will provide project coordination for multiple projects. We are looking for a highly-communicative individual who excels in customer service, team building and welcomes the opportunity for career growth.
Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, and directs the completion of specific projects while ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. This is a team effort in conjunction with Sales, Design, Engineering and Manufacturing Provide quotations on project inquiries from Sales or other channels in a timely and complete manner Answer customer questions surrounding process, quoting, and help to estimate project cycle time Support internal process by working with them, design engineers, operations and production to define reasonable project scope timelines Communication with customers on the design phase to ensure everything is satisfactory Communicate with customers on all project changes, delays, shipping information, etc. Enter all orders into the ERP/MRP systems Other tasks as directed by direct manager
Qualifications:
2+ years in a similar Project Coordinator-style role 2+ years communicating directly with internal teams and external clients High School Diploma required Bachelor's in Business or other related field preferred Strong attention to detail required Excellent Customer Service attitude required Strong written and spoken communication skills and ability to deliver information completely and timely Strong organizational skills required Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other ERP or MRP systems required Manufacturing experience preferred Salary will be based upon experience.
