Growth opportunities Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Associate Project Manager Patalsky Homes, Inc. is a full-service, independent contractor for a variety of commercial and residential construction services throughout Murrysville, PA. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the commercial and residential construction industry and is looking to take on a leadership role in our organization. Duties and Responsibilities As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. This includes overseeing the project management process from start to finish, working with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other team members. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project documents are properly completed and that the client is satisfied with the services provided. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the client's needs are being met in a timely manner while ensuring that project timelines are being met. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of a multi-family residential construction project from start to finish. Responsibilities- Work with clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Work with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage subcontractors, architects, engineers, and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Work with owners to ensure that project timelines are being met on projects in order to meet financial targets
- Responsible for managing all aspects of a multi-family residential construction project from start to finish
- Ensure that all work orders are properly completed in order to meet timelines
- Ensure that project documents are properly completed in order to meet timelines (i.e., drawings, contracts)
- Ensure that the client's needs are being met in a timely manner while ensuring that project timelines are being met. Ensure that the client is satisfied with the services provided during the project process
- Ensure that work orders/documents/documents are being properly stored at all times while working with vendors or subcontractors during the project process
- Ensure that work orders/documents/documents are being properly signed at all times while working with vendors or subcontractors during the project process (i.e., W2's)
