Onsite, 5 Days per Week Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing PMO organization supporting a well-established manufacturing business. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on product enhancements, engineering changes, manufacturing process improvements, tooling updates, and operational efficiency projects. Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are achieved. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to drive successful project outcomes. Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on quality, cost, production, and delivery schedules. Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to PMO processes, standards, and best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent project management experience. 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or product-focused environment. Experience leading cross-functional technical projects involving engineering and production teams. Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, engineering change management, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and ERP/MRP systems. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or other project management credentials. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Background supporting sustaining engineering, manufacturing engineering, or product lifecycle management initiatives.
