Job Description

Commercial Construction Project Manager A well-known and established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects , including healthcare, federal, institutional, and other complex commercial work. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and the ability to successfully manage projects from preconstruction through completion. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Partner with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining quality and safety standards Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction experience Proven experience managing commercial construction projects Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, contracts, and project financials Healthcare, federal, institutional, or other complex commercial experience is a plus Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar software Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Why Join?
