: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited) or a minimum of 4 years of college credits.
- Strong knowledge of residential structural systems and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting).
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- This position may require additional hours above 40 hours per week to meet deadlines as needed and is part of your full-time employment responsibilities. Essential General Abilities

Position Summary As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage residential structural engineering projects from concept through completion, combining technical design expertise with project management and client communication responsibilities. Project Manager (Non-Licensed) Key Responsibilities Technical Design & Documentation
- Develop structural designs and prepare construction documents (roof, floor, foundation plans).
- Prepare structural details and specifications.
- Review drawings for accuracy and code compliance.
- Additional areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to are structural calculations, shop drawing reviews, field repairs, permit and plan review responsibilities Project Management
- Manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain schedules and meet production deadlines.
- Assign and delegate projects and tasks.
- Prepare proposals and pricing in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor project progress using project management software.
- Maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.
- Mentor Project Engineers in their Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
