Job Description Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects. Work closely with project managers to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor budgets and timelines to keep projects on track. Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and team members. Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Problem-solve issues that arise during construction activities. Support the procurement of materials and manage logistics. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience with the construction process, especially civil focused processes Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations. Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
