This role is pivotal in driving successful results from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project management abilities to propel projects forward with energy and precision. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Employ various project management methodologies to optimize workflows and adapt to changing priorities. Conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis to proactively identify issues and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project teams, interact with field supervisors, coordinating resources (equipment & materials), and fostering a collaborative environment through effective communication skills. Utilize program development techniques like program portfolio management and project scheduling to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Oversee vendor management, and contract data, when applicable to ensure seamless project implementation. Track project performance against budgets and schedules. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, negotiate scope changes, and resolve conflicts efficiently. Maintain detailed documentation of project progress for transparency and knowledge sharing. Qualifications A strong background in restoration project coordination and leadership roles is key to your success. Proficiency with Excel, or similar tools for scheduling and tracking project profitability. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, analysis skills, and root cause analysis. Excellent organizational skills combined with writing abilities for comprehensive reports documentation.
