Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and clients. Knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, compliance requirements, and applicable regulatory or safety standards. Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and change management capabilities. Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting project requirements. Experience supporting business operations, including proposals, client service, invoicing, and profitability goals. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, performance management, and collaboration. Proficiency with project management tools, reporting systems, and performance tracking methods. Ability to make data-driven decisions and maintain a strong focus on project outcomes and client satisfaction. Here's how you'll make an impact: Plan and allocate project resources, including work plans, labor budgets, project teams, tasks, and deliverables. Monitor project schedules, costs, productivity, and revenue to keep projects on track and aligned with objectives. Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders through meetings, reporting, and ongoing updates. Oversee project quality by implementing QA/QC processes and ensuring consistent delivery standards. Manage project changes, resolve issues, and adjust plans in response to evolving requirements and constraints. Support business growth through client relationship management, proposal development, billing oversight, and team development. Track project performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes. Facilitate collaboration across disciplines to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
