$70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year (Paid Hourly)

CDL Physical, Equipment Training, and Welding Certifications The Opportunity You will serve as a high level technical leader, steering complex industrial projects from initial fabrication through final equipment installation. This role grants you the autonomy to solve high stakes mechanical puzzles while working for an owner who values individual faces over employee numbers.
Key Responsibilities Multidisciplinary Leadership:
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across rigging, welding, and electrical workflows to ensure plumb level square precision.
Daily Project Management:
Execute daily project management tasks for diverse industrial systems, including conveyors, robotics, and material handling equipment.
Onsite Technical Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot real time mechanical and hydraulic issues on site to maintain strict production timelines for our clients.
High Elevation Supervision:
Supervise specialized installations at heights, ensuring all safety protocols and quality standards are met without compromise.
Field Logistics Oversight:
Direct field logistics for out of town project stays, managing resources and personnel for assignments lasting up to two weeks.
Ethical Standards:
Maintain high ethical standards by doing what is right when no one is looking, fostering a culture of professional trust. What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
Required Industry Tenure:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, rigging, or mechanical project coordination.
Technical Blueprint Literacy:
Proven proficiency in reading technical drawings and managing industrial fabrication and machining projects.
Extensive Travel Flexibility:
Absolute willingness to travel extensively via ground and air, including overnight stays of up to 14 days.
Equipment Mastery:
Technical mastery of industrial equipment, including bearings, drives, scales, and hydraulic systems.
Logistical Problem Solving:
Strong organizational skills with a self motivated approach to solving complex logistical and mechanical obstacles.
Mandatory Certifications:
Valid CDL Physical, Equipment Training credentials, and Welding Certifications.
Preferred Education:
Completion of an Associate Degree in a technical or engineering related field.
Trade Capabilities:
Demonstrated experience in industrial plumbing, industrial painting, or advanced electrical control systems.
Advanced Leadership:
Advanced capability in team leadership and client facing communication within a manufacturing environment.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Hourly Earnings:
$70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year equivalent, paid on a dependable bi weekly pay cycle. Paid Travel Time
