Job Description

We are looking for a driven Project Manager to join a growing construction and concrete organization in York County Pennsylvania. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to help move projects forward from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating communication across office staff, field teams, subcontractors, clients, and accounting. This opportunity is well suited for an early-career candidate who is eager to build a long-term future in construction project delivery and develop hands-on experience in both office and jobsite settings.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in project handoff discussions with leadership to support a smooth transition from estimating into active execution.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials, trade partners, and specialized project items to help keep schedules and budgets on track.
  • Provide accounting with contract, insurance, and project documentation needed for job setup, billing support, and compliance records.
  • Share drawings, specifications, and other critical project information with field personnel so teams can execute work accurately.
  • Track submittals and shop drawings, maintaining organized records and following up to keep approvals moving.
  • Attend site and coordination meetings, then relay key updates to internal teams to align field operations with project goals.
  • Assist with schedule development, communicate timeline adjustments, and help address construction issues that could affect progress.
  • Review invoices and project costs for accuracy, coding, and forecasting support, including monthly work-in-progress updates.
  • Help manage client questions, closeout activities, punch list completion, payroll verification, and required testing documentation for assigned projects.
