Job Title:
Work Control Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a Work Control Coordinator to manage and coordinate the scheduling, assignment, and tracking of work orders. This role ensures alignment with program milestones and on-time deliveries across various production services. The Work Control Coordinator is the central point of contact between departments, ensuring requests are documented, prioritized, and completed efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining trackers, communicating with technicians, and aligning production plans to support critical path decisions. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to optimize resource allocation and delivering data-driven insights to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Responsibilities Maintain production status and communicate daily and weekly priorities on the shop floor. Report blockers to the Production Planning team. Act as the primary contact point between departments and technical teams to resolve inquiries and report status updates. Support regular meetings with technical teams for requirements, schedule, and potential impacts on logistical and production orders. Communicate project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership. Perform additional job duties as assigned. Essential Skills 3+ years' experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry or a combined equivalent of education and experience. Basic Microsoft Excel experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong attention to detail. Experience working in an Agile work environment preferred. Demonstrated organization skills to meet tight deadlines with high-quality results. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with Siemens Opscenter, Jira, and/or Costpoint highly preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Webster, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
