Project Coordinator (Manufacturing & Aerospace Programs) An established manufacturer serving the aerospace, defense, and advanced technology industries is seeking a Project Coordinator to support customer programs from initial planning through manufacturing and delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and customers while gaining exposure to the complete product lifecycle. You'll help manage project schedules, coordinate resources, support customer communications, and ensure projects stay on track. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of customer programs and projects. Assist with project schedules, timelines, and resource planning. Work closely with Engineering and Sales teams to support project costing and requirements. Review and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for assigned projects. Track project milestones and help ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to support project execution. Partner with Engineering to verify project requirements and resource needs. Prepare project updates, reports, and customer presentations. Support customer meetings and provide project status updates. Monitor project progress and help identify risks or schedule concerns. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Experience in project coordination, program management, project support, engineering support, or manufacturing operations. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Microsoft Project. Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, industrial, or technical environment. Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs). Knowledge of QuickBooks or ERP systems. Exposure to production scheduling, supplier management, or operations planning. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $62.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
