New Source Introduction (NSI) Portfolio Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NSI Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of over 180 active projects. This role involves providing project status tracking, archiving documentation, preparing for portfolio reviews, and data mining using Excel and PowerBI. Responsibilities Provide NSI project status tracking. ArchiveNSI DR/PR & GW
Review documentation. Prepare for NSI Portfolio Review. Conduct data mining and extraction utilizing Excel and PowerBI. Present and explain reports and findings to clients. Facilitate project meetings with various business partners. Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility. Engage in daily interaction with NSI Portfolio Manager, NSI Leads, Strategy Leads, Engineers, and Project Management Office staff. Essential Skills Project management expertise. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Experience in engine design. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of project/program management experience in a technical field. 4-year degree in a STEM field preferred. Internship experience accepted as job experience. Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and effective manufacturing techniques. Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation. Expertise in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio. Engine experience preferred. Work Environment This role is located on-site in either Mossville, IL or Lafayette, IN, with work hours from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. The office setting may require occasional evening calls with teams in China/India, which can be taken from home. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lafayette, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
